Flowrk is a workout tracking app that stores your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information.
All workout data, exercise history, equipment preferences, and profile information is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. No data is sent to external servers.
Oura Ring (Optional): If you connect your Oura account, Flowrk reads your readiness and sleep scores directly from the Oura API. Your Oura token is stored securely in your device's Keychain. Flowrk does not store or transmit your Oura data to any third party.
Apple HealthKit (Optional): If you grant permission, Flowrk can read health data (resting heart rate, HRV, sleep) and write completed workouts to Apple Health. This data stays on your device and within Apple's Health ecosystem.
Flowrk does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
Deleting the app removes all stored data. There is no cloud backup or account to delete.
